Ina-Garten
Ina Garten, an American author of cookbooks on cooking and Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002 has 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started writing policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. Though she initially found it intellectually stimulating she eventually stopped her interest. Then she bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food retailer. Prior to selling the company the store, she worked for 18 years building it into an extremely successful business. A number of different cookbooks and magazines were later published. Another success came from the Food Network Television show. In addition, she sells everything from equipment to cooking tools and storage containers. Ina is not a student at any cookery school or worked in a restaurant and has a complete self-taught. She is a simple cook and for her entertaining style. Her most popular recipes include the lemon chicken that she grills in a skillet and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon, the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
