David Muir, an American journalist from the United States who anchors ABC News magazine 20, is known best as the anchorman of World News Tonight With David Muir. The program, which is characterized by its dramatic videos, celebrity news as well as his animated movements has been voted the top news program in America. In addition, he has his Emmy-nominated series Made In America. Before taking over ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for the previous anchor Diane Sawyer. He's reported on a variety of primetime specials for ABC News some recent ones of which include Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint Refugees in America. He has traveled around the globe, report on the news in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He is the recipient of several Emmy Awards, Edward R.
